About the project
Each two-story villa features a three-bedroom layout with 137 square meters of built area plus a 20-square-meter terrace. Lot sizes range from 330 to 370 square meters. Every home includes its own private 6 x 3 meter swimming pool, air conditioning, parking, and a pre-installed generator connection.
The community is gated and provides 24-hour security with night patrol services. Infrastructure for each property includes a private water cistern and pressure pump system.
