What this site is
This website presents properties for sale and rent that we list or co-list, information about the areas we work in, and a way to contact us. It is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. A property is sold or rented only by a signed contract between the parties.
Accuracy of listings
We take care that prices, sizes, features and photographs are correct and current, and we update the site from our listing records several times a day. Even so, details can change or contain errors: a seller changes the price, a measurement in a title differs from one on a plan. Confirm anything that matters to you with the agent before you decide, and rely on the title documents and your attorney's review, not on this website, for legal facts about a property.
Positions on maps are approximate until the agent confirms the exact location.
Prices and currencies
Listing prices are set in US dollars. Equivalents in Dominican pesos, euros and Canadian dollars are shown for convenience at an exchange rate updated daily and are not an offer to transact in those currencies.
Relationships
We are a licensed-free profession in the Dominican Republic: there is no state real estate licence, and we do not claim one. We are a member agency of the national listings platform where our listings are also published. We represent sellers who list with us and act with ordinary care toward buyers; a buyer who wants their own representation is welcome to bring a buyer's agent or an attorney.
Your use of the site
You may browse, save favorites in your browser, print a listing for personal use and share a link. You may not copy listing text or photographs for another website or publication, scrape the site, or submit forms by automated means. Form submissions that are automated or abusive are discarded.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of information on this site, for the content of third-party websites we link to, or for interruptions in the site's availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
