What we collect
When you send a form (an enquiry, a visit request, a call-back, a valuation request, a contact message or a favorites list) we store what you typed: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address if you gave one, your message, the property or page you wrote from, the language you used, and the time you agreed to be contacted. We also keep a hashed version of your IP address for a short period to stop automated abuse.
When you tap a WhatsApp button we count the click against the property and the agent, so we know which listings draw interest. The click itself is not linked to you.
Your favorites and your currency and unit choices are stored in your own browser only. They never reach us unless you choose to send your favorites list by email.
What we use it for
To answer your request, to put you in touch with the agent responsible for the property, to follow up on that request, and to keep the site working and free of spam. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Who sees it
The agent handling your request and the agency's office. Our service providers process data on our behalf: the hosting provider, the database provider, the email delivery provider and the error monitoring service. Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept while the request is open and for up to three years afterwards, so we can honour a follow-up you asked for. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to the agency inbox on the contact page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to the address on the contact page and we answer within 30 days.
