What we do
We sell and rent homes, land and small commercial properties between Puerto Plata and Samaná, with colleagues who cover Casa de Campo and Santo Domingo for clients who want both coast and city.
Most of our buyers come from Canada, the United States and Europe and are buying their first property abroad. Most of our sellers are owners who built or bought here years ago. Both groups want the same thing from an agent: a straight answer, a price that reflects the market rather than hope, and someone who picks up the phone after the sale.
How we work
- Every listing on this site has been visited by the agent whose name is on it. If a property is listed by a colleague elsewhere, we say so.
- Prices are shown in US dollars with the peso, euro or Canadian dollar equivalent, and sizes in square metres first. We do not round up.
- We tell you what is wrong with a property before you fly in. A buyer who arrives knowing the road is unpaved is a buyer who comes back.
- Our commission is paid by the seller and is agreed in writing before we list. Buyers pay us nothing.
- We work with independent attorneys, never with one we are paid to recommend. The buying guide explains the process.
Where we are
Our base is Sosúa, in the province of Puerto Plata. From here we cover Cabarete, Puerto Plata city and its beach communities, the coast road east to Río San Juan, Cabrera and Nagua, and the Samaná peninsula including Las Terrenas. Each area page on this site is written by the agent who works it most.
