About Tobias
Tobias Brockmans was born in Germany and has lived in the Dominican Republic since he was four years old, in 1984. He grew up speaking four languages and spent his working life with foreign guests: travel agencies, hotels and resorts, foreign-language media, condominium projects and restaurants, always on the service and sales side.
That history is what he offers a buyer: thirty years of helping foreigners understand how this country works, and Dominicans understand what foreigners expect. He lists villas and condos in Sosúa and Cabarete and works with a wide network of colleagues when a client needs something he does not have.
